My philosophy towards Real Estate has never changed... do what is right and provide value to the people you work with. I believe trust, integrity, and transparency are of the utmost importance in this business. It is my goal, as a Sales Representative, to assist people with what is typically the largest investment purchase of their life... using my experience and negotiating skills to do my best to ensure it is a smooth process, and as stress free as possible.
In 2019 I am honoured to have been chosen to be a member of the inaugural class of inductees into the Royal LePage Hall of Fame! Inductees into the Hall of Fame are Lifetime Chairman's Club members who first earned Canada's most prestigious Real Estate award twenty years or more ago and are currently practicing Royal LePage REALTORS® who have maintained continuous, unquestionable excellence at the highest level of the profession. Members of the Lifetime Chairman's Club become candidates for the Royal LePage Hall of Fame two decades after earning their first National Chairman's Club award. Inductees will be people who have had a significant, positive impact within the industry and Royal LePage; people who are well regarded by their peers; and who are recognized as significant contributors to the communities in which they live and work.
Lifetime Member - National Top 1% of the Royal LePage residential sales force as of a designated period, based on closed and collected commissions.
Award of Excellence
For first-time inductees, repeat qualifiers, and sustaining members, attaining the Royal LePage President's Gold Award, five out of seven consecutive years. The Lifetime Award of Excellence is presented to those who achieve the Royal LePage President's Gold Award, 10 out of 14 consecutive years in standing.
Royal LePage Top Tier Program
The program's member status is enjoyed by Royal LePage REALTORS®, who have achieved one of the following awards, in the previous year; National Chairman's Club, Red Diamond, Diamond or Director's Platinum awards. To maintain Top Tier status, a REALTOR® must maintain the Director's Platinum award or better for 2 of 3 years.
These certificates are given to those individuals who have been a representative with Royal LePage for five or more years.

Erin has been a valuable member of our team since 2018. With a background in Social Development Studies, Erin brings a unique perspective to the team. She is known for providing exceptional levels of client care and managing all marketing and social media efforts with great success. As a recent graduate of the Humber Real Estate Salesperson Program, Erin is eager and excited to take on her new role as a licensed assistant and to continue to help our clients in reaching their real estate goals.
